Order Confirmation

After you order an item you will receive an automated response that your order has been received and is being processed. Shortly after this, you will be informed via e-mail when your order ships.

Methods of Delivery

luján + sicilia ships deliveries using courier services such as Fedex, UPS, etc. If your order includes several items that have different delivery times, the items will be grouped together in a single shipment and shipped as all products are ready.

Liability for Faulty or Damaged Items

Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping have to be reported to luján + sicilia within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If upon delivery you find the parcel damaged before opening, please notify the delivery company immediately.

If you have opened the parcel before finding the item damaged, please notify luján + sicilia immediately.

The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process and with approppriate photographs. luján + sicilia will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been proven.

luján + sicilia will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but should this be not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs.
